Bleak Mid Winter

For those dark days where warmth and light is only a fleeting dream, try out a gin based Bleak Mid Winter.

Ingredients:

~1oz summer gin (pick a crisp, flavorful, happy gin)

~1oz St. Germaine

~1oz Lillet Blanc

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients in an ice filled mixing glass and stir. Strain into a coupe and garnish with an (optional) air plant. Dream of summer!
