Scotchardier

Need a smokier version of a Boulevardier? Try its Scotch heavy cousin.

Ingredients

~ 1.5oz Scotch (I prefer Johnny Walker Black for mixing, but use what you want)

~ 0.75oz Campari

~ 0.75oz Sweet Vermouth

Instructions

Combine Scotch, Campari and Sweet Vermouth into a mixing glass with ice and mix well. Strain into a rocks or coupe glass over ice. Garnish with an orange twist if desired.
